Convenor of SC 38/WG 5

Fernando is Consultant on International IT Standards and Convenor of SC 38/WG 5 Data and Its Flow, leading the project ISO/IEC 19944 Cloud services and devices: data flow, data categories and data use. He is also Chairman of the Brazilian JTC 1/SC 38 mirror committee and secretary of the Brazilian JTC 1/SC 7 mirror committee. Fernando also collaborates on cloud computing topics with the Brazilian Telecommunications Agency.
