荷兰首任政府CIO

From 2009 until 2014 M.W.I. (Maarten) Hillenaar was central government CIO at the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations. He developed a governance model together with the CIOs of the 11 Dutch ministries which makes it possible to govern the ICT of central government based on one, single strategy. At the moment he is the Smart City Lead for the City of The Hague and principal consultant at the Software Improvement Group (SIG).
