Accommodations

2011 China Cloud Computing Conference Organizing Committee will provide accommodation services to attendees from beyond Beijing. You may, when buying the tickets, fill in the information about hotel reservation. Follow the procedures indicated below after carefully reading the accommodation instructions.
Procedures for accommodations:: Fill in the orderfill in the information about the attendees and accommodationspaymentgrant the authority to print out e-ticket and accommodation voucher (notified by email)print out the e-ticket and accommodation vouchercheck in with the e-ticket, accommodation voucher and valid certifications.

Accommodation instructions (please read carefully):: 1.Quotations given below are net prices for standard guest rooms;; 2.The consumptions made by the guest in the hotel will be paid by the guest himself/herself, not included in the room charges.; 3.The guest is to check with accommodation voucher and valid certifications and inform the name of company. In case the accommodation voucher or valid certifications are lost, contact the Organizing Committee in time.; 4.If the guest is to check out ahead of schedule, the charges for rooms that have been reserved will not be refunded.; 5.Invoices are to be opened by the Company in uniform, and please specify your special requirements (if any); 6.Hotel quotations are given for the time being and may be adjusted accordingly.
