Registration and payment

Procedures for registration
Fill in the orderfill in the information about the attendees and accommodationspaymentgrant the authority to print out e-ticket and accommodation voucher (notified by email)print out the e-ticket and accommodation vouchercheck in with the e-ticket, accommodation voucher and valid certifications.
  • 1. Select “register immediately”,read the instructions on ticket prices.
  • 2. Fill in the order,including the information about the ticket buyer, contact information and the quantity of tickets to be ordered.
  • 3. Fill in the information about attendees,including the detailed information about attendees and accommodations.
  • 4. Payment: payment options:

    A. Alipay B. Transfer by bank

  • 5. Grant the authority to print out e-ticket and accommodation voucher:the Organizing Committee will, within two work days after verifying your payment, send an e-mail to your email box to notify the authority to print out e-ticket.
  • 6. After receiving the authority to print out tickets,please enter the page for printing e-ticket, and attend the conference with the printed-out ticket.
  • 7. Please contact the Organizing Committee in time when having problems with the printing:

Cancellations and procedures:

1. Guidelines
In case you are unable to attend the Conference for some reason, please do contact the Organizing Committee’s Ticket Office with your invoice or remittance evidence before April 20th for cancellation.

30% of the payments will be deducted as charges for cancellation before April 20th. No cancellations on or after April 20th.

2. Procedures for cancellation
  • Please contact the Organizing Committee for cancellation within the specified time.

  • The Organizing Committee, after verifying the information, will remit the amount to your account accordingly in three work days.
