Registration and Ticket

How to register?
Log onhttp://www.ciecloud.org/2011to register online and buy the tickets. You can also learn about the preferential prices provided within the time limit, or call 010-64351456.
What is the ticket price composed of?
The ticket price covers the courses on May 19th and 20th and all convention-related documents, tickets to the exhibition hall and experience hall, and theme salons. Tickets of varied categories all include the lunches for two days.
What if the personal information about attendee is intended to be modified after online registration?
As it involves the delivery of invoices, if the mail address is to be modified, the attendee needs to contact the Organizing Committee by telephone. Please call 010-6434 1456 or 010-64351425
Any discounts with the ticket?
Varied discounts are provided for different time. All attendees will have two-day courses, and the access to exhibitions, lunches for two days and convention-related documents.
How to pay for the tickets?
Alipay and bank transfers are optional.
If the registration date is within the deadline for preferential prices, can I get the discounts?
No. The deadline for preferential prices is based on the date of receiving your payment.
If I receive no responses or tickets long after the payment, how to check the status?
When selecting the way for payment, please specify the name of ticket buyer and order No. for verification purpose.

Please fill in the name of ticket buyer and order No. in the vacancy of payment voucher after successful payment and fax it to the Organizing Committee. We will, within 3~5 work days after verification, grant the authority. Fax number: 010-6434 8545 or email to cloud2011@csdn.net or call the Organizing Committee directly for check-up.

Are bulk purchases to get the preferential prices?
For bulk purchase of no less than 10 tickets, please contact the Organizing Committee directly to get the discounts.

On-site Instructions

Is it mandatory to bring the tickets? Can the attendee present other ID?
Please do carry the tickets to our Conference. It is the only voucher to be allowed into the Conference.
If the original attendee is unable to participate in the event after buying a ticket, can others make the replacement?
Yes, replacement is allowed. You may transfer the e-ticket to others before the conference starts, and the attendee replacing you is only required to bring the ticket. One e-ticket is only effective for one attendee.
Can I buy the ticket on site and if yes, am I required to register online in advance?
Yes, you can. However, considering the complexity of procedures for buying tickets on site, to save your time, please contact the Organizing Committee in advance to check up the seats available on site. No discounts will be offered for on-site ticket purchases.

Ticket and invoices

How to obtain the ticket and invoices? Is the print-out restricted?
E-ticket system is adopted for the conference. The ticket buyer, after successful payment, will receive the authority to print out at your registered email box. One authority supports print-out of one ticket (print-out of multiple tickets or duplicates are invalid). The invoices may be mailed to you or obtained from the registration counter. Please fill in the detailed address and contact information when registering online.
What if the ticket is missing?
In case you find the e-ticket is missing, please contact the Organizing Committee as quickly as possible, and specify the name of ticket buyer, and company information to report the loss and get the new ticket. The Organizing Committee will not provide a new ticket or undertake any responsibilities if you fail to report the loss in time so that others get your ticket and attend the conference.
